Since 2022, Montabert has begun a new summer tradition by organising a barbecue for its employees in collaboration with “La Grille”. During this event, the company pays for the meal and extends the lunch break for everyone by two hours. It’s not yet an established tradition, but as an initiative it’s quickly gaining popularity.
This summer barbecue is an excellent opportunity to bring together all Montabert employees in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The focus is on relaxation, socialising and building bonds between colleagues outside the usual work environment. Participants can enjoy delicious food, engage in lively conversation and perhaps even discover common interests with their colleagues.
Despite its recent inception, this summer event has become eagerly anticipated by Montabert employees, reinforcing the sense of belonging to the company and contributing to a positive working environment. It reflects Montabert’s commitment to the well-being of its employees and its desire to foster strong and friendly relationships within the team.
