Football tournament

From 2014 to 2019, a Montabert employee, Guy Caillet, who held the position of quality controller, took the initiative to organise a football tournament in which Montabert employees were invited to participate.The aim of this sports competition was to bring together employees who wanted to get involved. All that was needed was six colleagues, from the same or different departments, to form a team.

To support this wonderful initiative, Montabert provided the jerseys for each team, the drinks after the matches and the trophies for the first three teams. The company was proud to support this project, not only to promote health and physical activity among its employees, but also to strengthen bonds between colleagues outside of the workplace.

The football tournament became a much anticipated annual event, fostering a sense of belonging to Montabert and promoting teamwork. It was an opportunity for employees to come together in a different environment and share moments of camaraderie while playing a sport they love. This initiative demonstrates Montabert’s commitment to the well-being of its employees and the importance it places on building strong bonds within its professional community.
